starter memory.
☣ "Wayward Son." Confronting the slavers in Darktown with Hawke.
Trivial positive.
Memory
This memory opens with him going with a small group of people, led by a human woman, into a dismal underground warren (about which he dismissively comments, "The dregs of humanity, down with its waste. Fitting"). Soon enough they come upon a group of threatening-looking armored mercenaries, led by a robe-clad man with a staff. The latter indicates his intention to take them as slaves ("Clap 'em in irons and let's see what the Tevinters will pay for 'em"), at which point the woman leading their group turns to Fenris and says, "Make him talk." Fenris is quite pleased to do so--and he does it by shoving his glowing hand into the man's chest somehow, putting him in a great deal of pain. The slaver hastily gives up the information the woman is looking for--the location of some unnamed boy who he apparently planned to sell as a slave--and then asks if he can go. The woman is not amenable to this, and their group attacks and kills the slaver and his mercenaries.
Watch it here.
Things Learned
♦ He can do something weird with his body that turns it intangible and lets him stick his hand in people's chests! Maybe it's related to the tattoos he has in this memory that he doesn't yet have here in Aather?
♦ He really, really doesn't like slavers.
♦ He appreciates it when this woman he was following asks for his help. He likes helping! Especially when he gets to torture slavers in the process.
♦ He's a pretty badass fighter, or he was when he had his skills.
♦ No idea what his name was, though...
Trivial positive.
